Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA and Gantt charts.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Develop functional and technical specifications for technology solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements.
• Conduct training and support for end-users, ensuring they are able to effectively use the technology solutions.
• Communicate with management to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Variance analysis
• Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
• Develop functional and technical specifications for technology solutions that meet the needs of the business.
